DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
While very unlikely accidents do happen. In the event that your artworkwork is damaged during shipping do the following.

Proir to opening that package take photos of any questionable/damaged areas of the package. After opening the package take photographs of the damaged artwork.
For Prints your shipment is insured with enough to replace and reship you a new print at no cost. Once the photos are submitted and we process the damage equest with the carrier your new print will be on it's way.
For Original Artworks Shipping will be fully insured and we will work with you to find the best local providers to repair any damage to glass and or frame. If the art work it's self is damaged we will work with you to decide upon an appropriate option to either replace or refund your artwork purchase.
